Job Summary
A non-profit, faith-based healthcare organization and clinical care network has a current position open for a Remote Senior System Security Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise to be able to troubleshoot security related matters for large sized enterprise information system and network architectures
- Anticipate future technology and business needs to develop, plan, and execute proactive solutions
- Provide leadership, support and mentoring to the lower tier Engineers and will initiate or assist in the creation of and adherence to BHSF I.T. Security standards and practices
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree & 8 years equivalent experience, OR 10 Years equivalent experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of applicable regulatory standards, such as HIPAA & PCI.
- Self-motivated with ability to learn new concepts and job requirements quickly
