Job Summary

A software technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Systems Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Documenting and updating IT procedures as required
  • Monitoring and tracking IT support requests and respond efficiently to tickets
  • Providing remote end user support by resolving technology problems and communicating best practices

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience managing IT infrastructure
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Significant experience supporting macOS devices
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
  • Apple MDM experience
  • Experience managing Google Workspace
