Job Summary
A professional services and staffing firm is filling a position for a Remote Senior Systems Analyst in Eden Prairie.
Must be able to:
- Assist with incident/problem RCA and identification of trends
- Participate in high-priority war rooms and summarize/provide updates to key stakeholders
- Participate in pre-release performance/load testing as technical SME
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in E-commerce, Digital products (Web, Mobile, Portal etc)
- Experience in Applications and infrastructure
- Experience with following software and tools: Microsoft Office, Dynatrace, Splunk, various open-source monitoring
- Familiar with Infrastructure and Application development
