Job Summary

A marketing services company is in need of a Remote Senior Systems Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user incident escalation and help desk assistance when necessary
  • Perform O/S health checks, analyze system performance and identify problems
  • Understand, follow and implement best practice methodologies for monthly patching and vulnerability remediations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to successfully interact with Global IT and Security teams, vendors, and business customers
  • Windows Server (2012 - 2019), Active Directory design and management, Group Policy customization, VMware vCenter 6.X, Dell and HP server experience
  • Experience with Ansible to automate tasks/workflows
  • Experience with Sumo to pull on demand reports and dashboards
  • Experience with managing AWS and Azure Cloud systems
  • Enterprise storage experience preferred (HDS, EMC, Netapp)
