Job Summary

A financial services firm is filling a position for a Remote Senior Systems Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing new system and application implementation plans, custom scripts and testing procedures
• Developing schedules and assigning work to meet critical customer deadlines
• Ensuring execution of proper operations and maintenance of networking environment

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in supporting multi-site network environments
• Expert knowledge of Cisco networking hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS, etc
• Possess knowledge regarding Cisco VoIP hardware such as Cisco UCS, Cisco Integrated Services Routers, etc
• Experience with setting up Site-to-Site VPNs, SSL VPNs, and IPSEC VPNs
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server, Skype for Business, and Microsoft Unified Messaging
