Job Summary

A cloud communications company has an open position for a Remote Senior Systems Engineering Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying revenue opportunities within target accounts
  • Providing technical support
  • Monitoring bug fixes and tracking feature development in code releases

Required Skills:

  • Ability to conduct on-going technical presentations to various organizations
  • BS + minimum of 7 years of related work experience
  • Proven sales experience and established relationships with the large carriers
  • Experience with IAD's, ATM switches, DSLAM's
  • Understanding of IMM for VM consolidation and UC Client for WebRTC Gateway
  • Understanding of telephony concepts & voice over IP standards
