Job Summary
An education company is in need of a Remote Senior Systems Network Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Create or update high-level network diagrams including circuits, physical maps and logical topology
- Be responsible for budget input with regard to hardware and data center operations
- Perform regular patches and upgrades to network equipment, servers, and service software
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Engineering or Computer Technology or equivalent work experience or an equivalent combination
- Required to work some off-peak (night/weekend) shifts to provide software upgrades during low customer usage periods.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Comptia Network+ or equivalent work experience
