Job Summary
A cloud hosting service is searching for a person to fill their position for a RemoteSenior Systems Performance Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing of performance regression analysis testing automation
- Strategizing performance characteristics and parameters for new and future product offering
- Visualizing and presenting performance data to be leveraged for technology and business decision
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Professional experience in performance engineering, with insights into collecting, tracing, measuring, analyzing, tuning, and/or modeling
- A track record of improving systems performance with familiarity with data analytics
- Experience as a developer/engineer in a large scale, distributed environment
- Experience writing secure, testable, and robust code
- Experience proactively diagnosing performance issues across all layers of the stack
- Deep understanding of Linux and OS internals
