Job Summary

A customer engagement services company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Systems Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Create, develop, manage and keep up-to-date system configuration, technical reports and documentation
  • Manage and maintain the WFM environments and all of their servers
  • Report status of systems and performance of servers to Manager or Director

Position Requirements Include:

  • B.S Computer Science or Computer/Software Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related technical back-end experience as WFM systems engineer
  • An experienced professional who possesses a comprehensive knowledge of Aspect WFM best practices and procedures
  • Experience with Telecom Switches (Avaya, Cisco, VOIP) that are connected to the Aspect Workforce Management Software
  • Intermediate understanding and experience with Oracle databases, and SQL Plus, VMWare, Crystal Reports required
