Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company is in need of a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Analytics Data Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Be a key or core resource for complex issues, data discrepancies, and fire drills
- Assess and interpret customer requests for feasibility
- Develop innovative solutions for both structured and unstructured data
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience with Human Capital/People Teams
- 4+ years of experience analyzing data and combining datasets
- 1+ years in an agile environment or with agile tools such as Rally or Swift
- 3+ years of experience building dashboards and visualizations in a data visualization tool
- Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), and HTML
