A financial services company is in need of a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing comprehensive knowledge of the job specifications
• Managing the full recruitment life cycle
• Managing communication to key stakeholders

Required Skills:

• 4 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting
• Self-motivated, high initiative, confident, and able to work effectively with little supervision
• Flexibility and resilience to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and changing business conditions
• Ability to work with complexity and ambiguity as we work in a fast-paced environment of growth and change
• Strong time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners
