Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 6-8 Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists
- Identify and implement new, creative strategies to locate and "win" top tech talent
- Leverage metrics and data to drive performance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7+ years of overall experience in recruiting
- At least 5 years in high growth mode corporate setting
- 3+ years’ experience leading highly successful recruiting teams
- Proficiency in MS-office necessary
- 3+ years of experience recruiting in the technology space at all levels up to VP
- Proven experience building effective relationships and partnerships
