Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 6-8 Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists
  • Identify and implement new, creative strategies to locate and "win" top tech talent
  • Leverage metrics and data to drive performance

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 7+ years of overall experience in recruiting
  • At least 5 years in high growth mode corporate setting
  • 3+ years’ experience leading highly successful recruiting teams
  • Proficiency in MS-office necessary
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting in the technology space at all levels up to VP
  • Proven experience building effective relationships and partnerships
