Job Summary
A multinational family of telecommunications companies is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Effectively prioritizing assigned requisitions and sourcing activities
- Maintaining a pipeline of talent
- Delivering a consistent, positive candidate experience
Qualifications for this position include:
- Three to five years of external management level Talent Acquisition experience
- Technical, Engineering Corporate and/or Sales recruiting experience
- Excellent account management including strong oral and written communication
- Strong, solid production history demonstrated through quality of hires
- Able to manage multiple projects
