Job Summary
A customer care provider is in need of a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Implement and manage recruitment processes and employment programs
- Provide leadership and direction to all team members
- Ensure recruiting processes and resources align with current and future workforce needs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/equivalent experience in Human Resources or Business
- Minimum 7 of experience managing a Recruiting team within the BPO environment
- Proven ability to lead a team of at least 5 members full-cycle recruiting
- Effectively enforce Employment Law and HR process compliance
- Expand talent pipeline and oversee excellence in service delivery and candidate experience
- Proficiency with ATS (SAP preferred) and related hiring and onboarding tools
