Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition
• Experience in a high-growth environment
• Ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams to over-deliver against aggressive hiring targets
• Managed external agencies, search firms, and other recruiting vendors to augment your team
• Deep love for great coffee, food, and exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to create strong, collaborative, and high-trust relationships with internal partners and external candidates
