Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving regular Executive dashboards and reporting of key TA performance metrics
- Developing, directing and overseeing a global BU/TA strategy aligned hiring plan
- Identifying needs and creating solutions to implement programs and processes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Participates in business leader's events and meets with every stakeholder at least 1 x per quarter
- 10+ years recruitment and client group partnership, within Technical (Product, Services and CTO) recruiting
- Highly commercially literate with deep insights into the business and markets
- Coaching mindset and approach, working continuously to improve team
- Agile and collaborative recruiter with proven ability to build and manage virtual teams in pursuit of business goals
- Previous experience working with job boards, networking and online social networking
