Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering with top leadership of start-up companies to build recruiting infrastructure, programs and initiatives
- Working with multiple client teams at pivotal points in their growth to cultivate and grow their companies
- Working proactively with leadership at each client to ensure that the company is able to recruit, engage, and retain top talent
