A technology company that provides a customer relationship management platform for property managers is seeking a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Partnering with Recruiting team as a full-lifecycle recruiter working with hiring managers to understand the team's needs
• Offering amazing candidate experiences to all people, and following up with all candidates who apply to every job
• Proactively sourcing top talent from places like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other outside the box locations

Position Requirements Include:

• Experience recruiting & hiring for the following departments and roles: Software Engineers, Marketing, Designers, Product Managers, Customer Service, and Finance
• Technical recruiting experience, paired with a diverse array of unique positions filled
• Believe in creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices and programs
