A technology company that provides a customer relationship management platform for property managers is seeking a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering with Recruiting team as a full-lifecycle recruiter working with hiring managers to understand the team's needs
- Offering amazing candidate experiences to all people, and following up with all candidates who apply to every job
- Proactively sourcing top talent from places like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other outside the box locations
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience recruiting & hiring for the following departments and roles: Software Engineers, Marketing, Designers, Product Managers, Customer Service, and Finance
- Technical recruiting experience, paired with a diverse array of unique positions filled
- Believe in creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices and programs
