Job Summary

A business service provider is in need of a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs and job specifications
  • Developing periodic reviews with Business Unit leaders to highlight staffing metrics
  • Providing leadership, coaching, and feedback to Talent Acquisition team members

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent
  • Five to Seven years of Human Resources/talent acquisition management in positions of increasing responsibility required
  • Experience with recruitment technology platforms and applicant tracking systems required
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
