Job Summary
A data protection software development firm is in need of a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Holding a strategy session with a Hiring Manager to kick off the recruiting process for a new opening
- Owning the full recruitment life cycle from intake to sourcing to interviewing to closing for a variety of technical positions
- Conducting a phone interview with a great candidate that you used creative strategy to source
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of technical recruitment experience
- 5+ years you've spent recruiting in a corporate or agency setting
- You pride yourself on your ability to create and build upon both long-term and short-term relationships
- You have a track record of successful recruitment across multiple geographies
