A security company is in need of a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitating candidate interview feedback sessions
- Developing position profiles and postings that are thorough and attractive to potential candidates
- Partnering closely with HR and Compensation to manage the selection and offer process
Qualifications for this position include:
- 7+ years experience with full life cycle recruitment and 3 + years experience recruiting for technical roles required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or business required
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter required
- Demonstrated capability in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent collaboration and relationship\rapport building skills are required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both oral and written) are required
