Job Summary

A medical device manufacturing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading strategic sourcing strategy to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery
• Finding opportunities to automate selection processes and use AI to drive speed and efficiency
• Leading recruiting activities through to successful hire with a strong focus on direct, candidate identification and sourcing of talent

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of HR management components
