Job Summary
A healthcare data technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing job descriptions that attract top talent and provide clear expectations of each role
- Developing a robust talent pipeline through creative sourcing strategies
- Ensuring all candidate details are recorded and updated in the ATS at every stage of the recruiting process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- An aptitude for technology and identifying technical skills
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational Sciences, Business or related field
- Expert knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruiting tools, a multitude of Applicant Tracking Systems, and interview/assessment formats
