An online university for adult learners is in need of a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and making hiring recommendations
  • Managing full cycle recruiting

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience without a degree
  • 2+ years full cycle recruiting experience in an environment with accountability
  • Experience using sourcing tools and ATS
  • Knowledge of human resource laws and regulations, EEO requirements
  • Working knowledge of full cycle recruiting
