A sports gaming and entertainment company is in need of a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Sourcing and attracting top technical talent through various channels
- Interviewing and assessing candidates technical skills, experience and cultural fit
- Telling a compelling brand story to attract top talent
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for Engineering, Product and Design
- Strong sourcing, screening and offer negotiation skills
- Able to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and someone who is seen as a trusted advisor
- Has contributed or lead strategic talent acquisition projects that have led to high impact results for the organization
- Someone who is comfortable in a metrics driven environment
