Job Summary
A software provider has an open position for a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Tampa.
Must be able to:
- Identify and implement continuous improvements
- Work with leaders to develop and action strategies
- Provide support for the coaching and development of Talent Acquisition team members
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years in corporate talent acquisition
- Advanced level experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for direct sourcing passive candidates
- Experienced in sourcing, compensation evaluations and negotiations
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems
