Job Summary

A game technology development company has an open position for a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Building talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns
• Sourcing and identifying passive candidates to build a pipeline of high potential talent
• Collaborating with the talent acquisition team to build diverse talent pipelines for current and future talent needs

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles, preferably from a high-growth technology environment
• Master hands-on experience developing Boolean searching skills
• Creative and 'outside the box' sourcing strategies for finding and engaging with top technical talent
• Proven track record of building G&A and Product pipelines of qualified and diverse candidates
• Experience developing and utilizing your network to engage and attract passive candidates
• Experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking System software
