A healthcare IT workforce and operational management provider is seeking a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and define roles
- Leverage companywide network to generate referrals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5 years of related recruiting experience
- Some experience and understanding of technology
- Well versed with LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
