Job Summary
An IT security solutions company is seeking a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Manage execution of talent pipeline
- Leverage sourcing tools
- Manage candidates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s (or equivalent) with 8 – 10 years of experience
- Experience working in a high-volume government contract staffing environment
- Experience with iCIMS and/or other ATS
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience with a broad range of sourcing technologies/platforms, marketing and social media opportunities
- Basic Excel skills
