A specialty recruiting firm has an open position for a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Louisville.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing the highest level of talent acquisition services
• Delivering high quality candidates and advancing the brand across numerous markets
• Performing full lifecycle recruiting and maintaining good relations with hiring managers and candidates

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Assist with onsite coordination of hiring surges with union employees
• Previous Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience
• Demonstrated customer service and relationship building skills
• Demonstrated ability to recruit manufacturing skill sets
• Demonstrated knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components
• Excellent project management skills and has utilized an ATS System
