Job Summary
A provider of customer engagement services is in need of a Remote Senior Talent Attraction Marketing and Communications Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Crusade employee referral programs to foster referrals as a top source
- Supervise, coach, train and develop the multinational talent acquisition marketing staff
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to know the upcoming associate hiring needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field or
- Equivalent experience
- Experience with guiding external, B2C (customer facing or applicant) marketing efforts
- Experience managing budgets and using advanced excel
- Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas
- Ability to manage a remote, multi-cultural, results-oriented team
