Job Summary

A banking and credit lending company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Talent Consultant Principal.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Set the talent management strategies for PO community and ensure alignment across the company
  • Be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of processes, programs, and tools in support of talent management strategies
  • Act as talent partner & advisor to HR Consultants, Tech Academy, Product Owner Leaders, and Talent Performance & Development

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Social Sciences, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in HR Consulting, Business Partner, Talent Management, Organization Development, Project Management, etc
  • Large scale project and change management expertise
