A startup development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Talent Coordinator .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Building and strengthening the partnership between the talent team and hiring leads
• Executing on company-wide talent projects and initiatives

• You can communicate yourself and your qualifications in terms of what you’ve accomplished, not your certifications or years of experience
• You relish in the opportunity to champion the experimentation of new processes
• You wrangle logistical details, enjoy coordinating behind the scenes during candidate visits
• You have experience working with an ATS—or other types of recruitment or HR systems—and the different stages of the recruitment process
• You’re highly organized with an administrative, talent coordinator or HR admin foundation
