Job Summary

An internet company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Talent Development Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Building internal and curate external learning experiences
Project managing complex timelines across multiple priorities and hold themselves and others accountable
Facilitating content and workshops that feel engaging and keeps participants motivated to learn

Skills and Requirements Include:

Previous experience in developing on-demand and in-person learning experiences
Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience with driving evaluation strategies for learning programs
Strong collaborative spirit, open to diverse perspectives, and new ideas
Strong writing skills and attention to detail
Experience managing learning management systems
