Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building internal and curate external learning experiences
- Project managing complex timelines across multiple priorities and hold themselves and others accountable
- Facilitating content and workshops that feel engaging and keeps participants motivated to learn
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Previous experience in developing on-demand and in-person learning experiences
- Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with driving evaluation strategies for learning programs
- Strong collaborative spirit, open to diverse perspectives, and new ideas
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing learning management systems
