• Facilitating content and workshops that feel engaging and keeps participants motivated to learn

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Previous experience in developing on-demand and in-person learning experiences
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with driving evaluation strategies for learning programs
• Strong collaborative spirit, open to diverse perspectives, and new ideas
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing learning management systems
