A provider of ERP and CRM solutions is in need of a Remote Senior Talent Development Programs Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding the learning needs of the organization, teams and individuals
- Developing, facilitating, and managing programs
- Assessing current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 6+ years’ experience in a dedicated learning and development function
- 3+ years’ experience within a Human Resources team in high-growth B2B SaaS
- Demonstrable experience creating and facilitating various developmental programs
- Natural ability to facilitate in person, virtual or hybrid learning sessions
- Experience with a variety of learning approaches beyond instructor-led
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and build relationships at all levels
