Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Senior Talent Development Solutions Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work closely with aligned teams to identify skill/performance gaps, consult and implement development opportunities
- Empower learners and build capability through strategic consulting with aligned business areas
- Focus on change management and collaborate with others on the TD Solutions team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong planning, organization and small to mid-size project management skills
- 5+ years of learning & development, organizational effectiveness, and/or human resources experience
- Demonstrable ability to diagnose individual, team, and organizational capabilities and gaps
- Strong influencing skills
- Willingness to experiment and try new ways of doing things; explore alternate solutions
- Outstanding communication skills; able to craft compelling written communication and solid verbal communication ability
