A communications company has an open position for a Remote Senior Talent Director.
Must be able to:
- Manage, motivate, develop and mentor a team of recruiters
- Manage the day-to-day operations and performance
- Design and direct the recruitment strategies and processes
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience owning the definition of and measurement of a recruitment strategy
- Minimum of 10+ years of related talent acquisition
- Proficiency in programs such as recruiting, employee assessment, succession planning
- Ability to build consensus, rally support around common goals
- Well-developed creative problem-solving skills
