An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Talent Management Advisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building and developing Talent Management approaches and core talent practices
- Supporting complex Talent Management projects as subject matter expert
- Evaluating and recommending solutions that build stronger Talent Management capabilities
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- 6 or more years of experience in enterprise-level talent program and process development and implementation
- Advanced knowledge of technology and various talent management technology solutions
