Job Summary
A pharmaceutical technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Talent Pharmaceutical Acquisition Partner in Milwaukee.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for your respective business unit
- Source, engage, screen, and recommend top candidates and applicants for open opportunities
- Build and nurture talent communities for your respective businesses and the talent profiles for those businesses
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent years’ experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment managing a business and/or specialty skill
- Experience using an ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, and MS to manage requisitions, candidates, talent communities, communication, and data insights
- Ability to lead and participate in TA related continuous improvement projects
- Ability to ensure proper process and documentation is achieved
