Job Summary

An industrial manufacturing company is in need of a Remote Senior Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Help with the recruiting and talent selection process
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to identify the hiring need
• Define the right profile and align on the recruitment strategy

Qualifications Include:

• May conduct onsite interviews as required
• Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years recruitment experience in lieu of degree
• 6+ years’ experience in full-life cycle recruitment
• 6+ years recruiting talent in the areas of manufacturing, engineering, sales, and marketing
