Job Summary
A sales and marketing outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Talent Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Own the candidate’s experience
- Screen and assess candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
- Grow and foster a multitude of corporate relationships
Position Requirements Include:
- 1 or more year of experience of full cycle recruiting
- Knowledge and understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships on trust
- Familiarity and experience in developing recruiting strategy driven by analytics
- Consistent track record of success in filling competitive hiring goals and meeting deadlines
