A staffing and recruiting company is in need of a Remote Senior Talent Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Execute the sourcing strategy
- Proactively provide updates to hiring team and candidates
- Facilitate selection decisions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to work on-site three days a week
- Several years of experience managing full life cycle recruiting
- Worked as an Account Manager at a staffing agency
- Experience sourcing talent at a staffing agency
- Experience in marketing
