Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Talent Sourcer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and driving top-of-funnel processes
- Building pipeline and driving pipeline strategy
- Maintaining professional, courteous, and timely communication
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7+ years of passive sourcing experience
- 5+ years of Technical or Go-To-Market sourcing experience
- Demonstrated success identifying, converting, and qualifying senior candidates, leveled at Director and above
- Proven track record of sourcing/hiring passive candidates from top technical companies
- High proficiency with recruiting fundamentals
- Experience building a diverse pipeline of highly qualified candidates
