Job Summary

A food company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Talent Sourcer.

Must be able to:

  • Participate in recruitment kick-off meetings with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Build talent sourcing strategies, utilizing the CRM, ATS and multiple online resources
  • Provide consultative support for challenging staffing needs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's with 3 years of experience as an in-house or agency Recruitment Sourcer / Researcher
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday and CRMs like Eightfold
  • Honed skills in identifying the most qualified and diverse candidates
  • Comfort using LinkedIn's Talent Insights to guide hiring managers and recruiters about candidate pools
  • Experience sourcing creatively through Boolean search logic, social media, job boards and associations
  • Passion for using data to help guide hiring strategies
