Job Summary

A global banking company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Talent Sourcing Global Functions Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Identifying pools of named and known talent
• Working on gathering insights from the candidate market
• Proactively identifying candidate slates

Required Skills:

• 6-10 years of experience
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
• Experience in at least one of the key domains (Finance, Audit, HR)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems
• Ability to sell open roles and positively present to potential passive candidates
