A business process outsourcing firm has an open position for a Remote Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand critical skills
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines and market maps
- Providing regular updates on recruitment status, market trends, and the market landscape
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 3+ years of successfully hunting for corporate, professional, sales, and/or executive talent.
- Knowledge of, and experience with, leveraging job boards, social media, and sourcing tools
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
