Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote Senior Tax Accountant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist with implementation of new systems/ processes as needed
- Reconcile data to GL accounts
- Provide information to 3rd party preparers for accurate and timely filing of returns
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
- Typically, 4+ years of experience in public accounting or industry experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and tax accounting for various entity types
- Proficient in computation of Federal/State taxable income, software as a service specific tax rules
- Strong technology skills with demonstrated ability to analyze and improve processes
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multi-task and manage workflow and deadlines
