Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Senior Tax Accountant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing & reviewing financial statement tax provision calculations
• Reconciling various sales & use tax accounts on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Interpreting domestic and international tax concepts and regulations

Required Skills:

• Minimum five years of experience, focused on tax accounting
• At least one tax preparation suite in the technology and software industry
• Detailed knowledge of the U.S. tax legislation and accounting principles
• Knowledge of non-U.S. direct and indirect tax statutes may be required
• Strong skills in Microsoft office (Excel)
• Strong verbal and written skills
