Job Summary
An IT services and consulting firm is in need of a Remote Senior Tax Compliance Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Executing detailed plans for regular tax compliance review
- Creating packets of sample forms to submit to agencies for future period approvals
- Helping drive the testing process to ensure accurate information in current and planned releases of compliance regulations
Qualifications for this position include:
- 7+ years of strong working knowledge of payroll tax rules and requirements
- 10+ years of payroll and/or payroll tax experience
- Fluent using Microsoft Excel, examples: open/save CSV files, manipulate large data sets, add formulas
- Expertise in researching, analyzing, and interpreting payroll tax rules and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to explain technical tax information to non-tax individuals
