Job Summary
An information technology company that provides cybersecurity services is filling a position for a Remote Senior Tax Manager.
Must be able to:
- Create and manage Nexus studies ensuring proper documentation for all positions
- Create the tax provision and review federal returns for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain transfer pricing studies and related policies and ensure global compliance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
- 5 - 8 years of "Big Four" tax and compliance experience required
- International tax and compliance experience required
- CPA required
- Experience in SaaS, software or technology industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
